Return Policy

You can return the purchased item to P.O Box 8098 Tarneit 3029 Vic Australia within the following conditions,

If you recieved a damaged item you can return to us with the tags and packaging in the condition you recieved it. There will be a 7 day period from when we post out to when you notify us via email of the damage, after the 7 days the return policy does not apply.

(All returned damaged items will be assessed and a decision on a replacement will be made on whether we see fit that the damage was not incurred after receiving the garment). If there is evidence that an incorrect claim was made then the item will be sent back to the purchaser at a cost of $10.00 handling fee.

Unfortunately you cannot return the item for a change of size, so making a precise decision with the 'size chart' provided is essential.

Moonlightfun does not offer money back returns and all postage costs via returns are responsibility of the customer.

Payment/ Postage

All postage is via Australia Post.

Postage within Australia is a flat fee of AUD$6.90

Delivery times are allocated in the description of each item.

International orders will be sent via 'Australia Post' standard air mail for a flat fee of AUD$14.00 - allow up to 10 days for delivery

Bank Transfer only applies to Australian customers

All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment being recieved and are packaged discreetly

All payments are processed through our merchant Paypal.

Paypals mechant services are authorised and highly secure.
